Reducing Speed Ripples and Vibrations in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors with Unbalanced Loads

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) have important features such as high torque, power density, acceleration, small volume, low noise and efficiency. With these features, is widely used in the industry. One of negativities that occur during operation electric motors speed fluctuations vibrations due to unbalanced loads. Unbalanced loading can be caused by character load, well poor mounting motor misalignment on shaft load itself being an eccentric load. Especially at speeds, this causes permanent damage motors. Specification elimination fluctuations, which for different reasons, are very a reliable operation. In study, situations investigated PMSM ripples attempted decreased proposed Adaptive Harmonic Injection approach. The simulation carried out under various operating conditions abruptly linearly changing It observed effectively suppressed condition.
